Real India Educational and Socialwelfare came into existence as a result of the motivation and personal initiative of its founder, Mr. Ashok Kumar Das, to enhance the socio-economic status of underprivileged people.
Hailing from a rural family, the founder was no stranger to hardships faced by the underprivileged. Having overcome economic and social challenges, he set out to make a positive difference in the lives of fellow underprivileged people.
Volunteering is the backbone of the NGO, driving on-ground implementation and supporting core teams in areas like education, healthcare.

Setup skill development centers with short-term certificate courses in cutting, tailoring, fashion designing, AC repair, beauty culture, and more.
Livelihood
Sustainable livelihood programs for rural youth through vocational, technical, and management training.
Community Linkage
Building bridges between villages and government to create awareness, empowerment, and self-development.
